At MyTeeSquad, every item is made-to-order with care. Once you place an order, we keep you updated at every step—from printing to shipping to delivery. This page will help you track your order, understand what each order status means, and know exactly when to reach out for help.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
If you’ve already received your tracking number, go ahead and enter it in the field above to get the latest status from the carrier.
Order Processing Timeline
Here’s what to expect after placing your order:

Order Received: You’ll get an email confirmation right after checkout.

Processing & Production: We begin printing your item. This usually takes 2–7 business days.

Shipped: Once fulfilled, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivered: Your package arrives! Be sure to check your mailbox or porch.
⚠️ Note: During peak seasons (like holidays or major sales), production may take slightly longer.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production

Total Time from Order to Delivery: Usually 5–10 business days
We currently ship only within the United States. All orders are delivered via major U.S. carriers like USPS or UPS.
Order Status Guide

In Production: Your item is being printed and prepped for shipping.

Delivered: Your item has been delivered. Check your porch, mailbox, or reception area.
Common Issues & What to Do
📌 Tracking says “Label Created” but no movement?
This means your package is ready and waiting for pickup. Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed by 24–48 hours.
📌 “Delivered” but can’t find it?

Double-check your mailbox, doorstep, or apartment parcel locker

Ask household members or neighbors

Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely

Still not there? Email us, and we’ll look into it
📌 No tracking number after 7 business days?
