Because of the personalized nature of our products, our shipping process includes both a production period and a delivery timeline. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Each product is custom printed once your order is placed. We do not keep stock in a warehouse, which allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and maintain high print quality.

Processing Time: Typically, it takes 2 to 7 business days to create your item.

Peak Season Notice: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), production may take up to 10 business days.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your item is printed and shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.
We begin processing your order quickly to avoid delays, so please ensure all information entered at checkout—especially your shipping address—is correct.
2. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery Windows
Shipping time refers to the time it takes your package to arrive once it has been printed and dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times (after fulfillment):

United States: 3 to 7 business days

Canada: 5 to 10 business days

United Kingdom & Europe: 5 to 10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days

Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays due to weather, customs processing, or global supply chain issues may affect your delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, item weight, and shipping method. We strive to offer affordable and transparent shipping rates.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions within specific regions or during limited-time sales. These will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
We proudly ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government.

Customs charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment’s progress.
Important Notes:

It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier receives your package.

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately, and you will receive tracking for each package.
If you have not received your tracking email within 7 business days, please contact our support team at support@myteesquad.com.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you for an updated address. You will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

If a shipping error is made by our fulfillment team, we will cover the cost of reshipping your order.

We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please double-check your address, including apartment numbers and postal codes, before submitting your order.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, in rare cases, orders may be delayed or lost during transit.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

Wait 24–48 hours if it shows “delivered” but is not at your location

Contact your local post office or delivery service

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
8. Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage
Once verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
9. Split Shipments
Because we work with multiple production partners across different regions, your order may be fulfilled at more than one location.

Multiple items may arrive in separate packages, sometimes with different delivery dates.

You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
This helps us reduce wait times and optimize shipping efficiency.
10. Restricted Shipping Areas
At this time, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. If your country is not supported, you will be notified at checkout and your payment will not be processed.
Additionally, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in some regions. Please provide a full street address where possible.
