Q1: How does MyTeeSquad work?
We’re a print-on-demand t-shirt store. This means every shirt is custom-made after you place your order—no mass production, no waste. We start printing within hours of receiving your order, and ship it straight to your door once it’s ready.
Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a change or cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, your item enters production and cannot be altered. If you made a mistake, email us ASAP at support@myteesquad.com with your order number.
Q3: What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes from XS to 5XL depending on the product. A detailed Size Chart is available on every product page. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Q4: Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international delivery.
Q5: How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and printed in 2–7 business days, then shipped.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q6: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also contact us if you haven’t received it within 7 business days of placing your order.
Q7: Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing errors or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
Q8: My order says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@myteesquad.com, and we’ll help track it down or arrange a solution.
Q9: I received the wrong size or design. What now?
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please email support@myteesquad.com with your order number and photos of the item you received. We’ll review it and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Shopify Payments. All transactions are securely encrypted.
Q11: Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We run special promotions during holidays and events. Sign up for our email list to receive exclusive deals, early access, and 10% off your first order.
Q12: What kind of t-shirts do you print on?
We use high-quality, soft, and breathable cotton blends designed for all-day comfort. Each shirt is professionally printed using eco-friendly inks for long-lasting color and durability.
Q13: How should I wash and care for my t-shirt?
To keep your print looking fresh:
